Happy November! Holiday season is just moments away. Brace yourself for a flurry of sipping, snacking, shopping and party-hopping. Here are a few of my picks and tricks to help you get ahead of the game.,

Nosh Nosh: Caution: If you’re dieting, DO NOT READ!

I’ve recently discovered Fretzels, an insane line of hand dipped gourmet pretzels adorned with a variety of candy toppings. Ahhh… the sweet, the crunch, the texture, the salt — the delicious blend of indulgent flavors. As the founder Jill says, “there are pretzels and there are Fretzels”. My fave? The Fractured Fretzels. A bag of “addictive” bite size pretzel shards sprinkled with a confetti of toppings (I polished off a bag in 2 days).

With the temperatures in the single digits in NYC, it’s clear the spring isn’t at all in the air. Yes, I’ve got a case of the February blahs, and have a hunch I’m not alone.
